Number of Trustees Currently Serving on Board
Currently, there are twelve (12) board members. The bylaws stipulate that the number of Trustees shall not exceed twenty (20). Each board member shall hold office for a term of three years. A trustee may serve for two consecutive terms and shall be eligible for reelection to the Board after a one-year hiatus or at the pleasure of the Board.
