I just wanted the chance to publicly thank the tremendous volunteer team that created our new web site. We put out the call to the school community that "a plan was afoot" to build a site, hoping that we would find some people with the right skills. Boy did we ever! Interest poured in, with parents and staff volunteers with real world experience in writing, editing, marketing, graphics, web development, statistical analysis - "you name it" - you appeared to help. This was truly a team effort, and this is just one small opportunity to say Thank You.
What you have done to make this web site happen says more about the character of our school community than anything we could put in a brochure.

...remember - this is only the beginning - we already have plans for phase 2 that ought to be "pretty interesting" (I couldn't resist!)
In 45 days, this team of energized, skilled, involved, opinionated and committed volunteers, made up of parents, staff, administration and students, with over 270 group emails and countless off-group emails, hundreds of group and individual hours creating and editing content, reviewing work, creating graphics, programming, discussing strategy, and showing continuous professionalism throughout, have created our new McAuliffe Regional Charter Public School web site! This has truly been a team effort, with discussion, spirited debate and some of the most devoted project participants that anyone could imagine.
